I also did this and it works for me again.
It didn’t work for me.
Windows 11, 5600x, 3060ti all drivers up to date. I am having the same issues getting rid of high resolution assets didn’t fix the issue.
Edit: If I try over and over I eventually get in, takes numerous tries obviously shouldn’t be this way.
At this point I just requested a refund for the early access since it clearly looks to be an issue that won’t be resolved until everyone is able to access the game and have the issue persist.
Played when the game came out. right now I go in, the screen froze and so on again.
No one promised that the game would work fine, this is early access.
bu sorun bende de var çözüme ulaşabildiniz mi
boşuna erken erişim aldık beta oynarken sorun yoktu
wait if like on beta
oyun çıkalı 12 saatten fazla oldu ve sorun kaynağını bilmiyoruz
Same Problem, no Antivirus, no high resolution, no reinstalling, no graphics card update, nothing helped yet. Havin a PC that easily should handle this and did in the Beta and the Server Slam
Same problem here, I have been trying to log in for 4 hours now. I have a few friends who are experiencing the same issues, we all live in different areas, and have different ISPs, and different equipment.
We launch the game, it logs us in slowly, authenticates, and connects us, then just before the character selection screen comes up, the game crashes.
I have seen reports on the forums of similar issues happening to others as well.
Please fix this ASAP, I want to get my 100$ worth out of this EA.
-e
(or at the very least acknowledge its a problem and you are working on it. @blizzard)
FINALLY got it working.
- theres a special D4 update to your nvidia driver.
- check your virus blocker isnt blocking diablo.
- turn off the high resolution assets.
-ensure all your drivers are up to date
Do a full shut down/restart
Been fine since
Can play now too. I did everything that was described in here and the last thing that helped was reinstalling it on another Drive.
Use crystaldiskmark run a disk check while its checking launch diablo after you get to character creation screen, simply close crystaldisk. It worked for me and others.
I tried all of these already and none worked. My drivers are all set, i have launched with and without command line arguments to attempt to bypass certain settings that could be causing a hiccup. I locked my applications fps to 60, i flushed my DNS, and renewed my IP, i tried just about every user end solution in the book.
Try the crystaldisk thing
Trying it now. So far it doesnt seem to have changed anything.
One of my buddies was able to log in suddenly, without making any changes of any kind to his system, driver or otherwise.
Same here, I tried both setting my scale down to 100% and turning off the HD texture pack but still can not get past the Blizzard Screen. I have been trying for the past 2 hours. Everything worked find last night.
try turning nvidia geforce experience overlays off
some people reported that it actually fixes the issue with crashes and not responding error
I can 't go in , I treated with a clinker .It didn 't help .I think it 's for a long time .
The screen stands still and froze. Then the pointer turns and freezes .
same here. nothing helped. I hope Blizzard fix this asap
