“logging in” screen program death diablo 4 ps5

I bought the ultimate version, also bought ps membership, but in the login screen has not moved, the circle :o: also no longer rotate.

I don’t know what’s wrong with it.

Same issue, also JP Region. Did anyone here “upgrade” after buying the standard edition?
I’m thinking that might be the reason. Battle.net client also says “In Library” but cannot use.

I bet it’s some data saved on their server thats preventing login. A lot of people apparently can play

I also have the same issue in Japan.
It seems asia region server needs some fixes.

Hi All!
After reading though this I got an idea, and it seems to have worked.
Go into the “Game Content” and install the Japanese language pack.

This fixed the error for me!

Some of my friend in japan had no issue logging in. This is so fustrating
