Since the beginning of the March of the Goblins, the game is pretty hard to play. EVERY time a group of monsters spawns, my game starts stuttering, making pretty much everything more difficult. Doubt they'll fix this issue any time soon, but at least the game is trending in the right direction.

Whenever I move my character the game stutters to 1 fps and tries to catch up by moving the character by 180 degrees after a 3 second of complete game freeze. If I stand still with nothing going on, 60 fps on spot.

Ps4 player here since goblin patch you can barely move without it glitching and freezing the game is unplayable very disappointing

I am having the same lagging issue on my PS4. It is pretty much unplayable. When can we expect a fix? I don’t want to miss out on all the 2X treasure goblins. Is it possible to extend the timeframe?

Lol. Same here. Goblin update seems to have made playing impossible with the freezing upon seeing any action i. The game.

Same here. I cant do anything that regards fighting that the lag is unbearable, makes the game unplayable…
Trued everything , took every option I could off, changed networks, nothing works…

Same. I’m so sick of this…every couple of months this happens! Pretty good for having over $100.00 invested in this reheated turd. Blzzard is just not doing a very good job, heck they’re BARELY doing satisfactory! Just a matter of time before I throw the towel in for good, I play games to have fun, not to get constantly frustrated with this or that issue. Diablo 2, a game that’s 25 years old now, crushes Diablo 4.

(PC) Takes 5+ tries to login, and I have to manually shut it down when it fails, wtf?
Its so tempting to make another thread so maybe they’ll notice how much its effcting people. But figure ill just had my 2 cents here.
Its completely messed up, my partner and i play together, except im on ps5 and she is on ps4. I have no lag issues since the update, she can barely move.
So whats the solution? Fix and extend the event, so some people will get bonus rewards? Probably the best option.
Because the other is roll back after its fixed so everyone gets the same go. But that will piss everyone off.
Honestly how was it not tested on every platform before release is beyond me.

Yes, same. D4 now lags so much on PS4 with the March of the Goblins patch that the game is literally unplayable. I opened a case, and Blizzard linked me to a “troubleshooting” link that went to a 404 not found.
Blizzard, are you paying attention? Do you actually read these forums, or is it just angry players griefing valid problems that go on deaf ears? You seriously need to issue a hotfix to fix this and not just blame our systems or connections. This is YOUR fault, and YOUR responsibility to fix.

Absolutely zero response from blizzard. Just bought the game, plus vessel of hatred and the season pass. Now I can’t play. And they couldn’t care less. Guess I learned my lesson to not buy a blizzard game again.

Adding another voice to this, overworld is quite literally unplayable on PS4 due to lag/stutter/glitch/freezing - whatever you wanna call it. Not only does this prevent doing anything with the goblin event, but also renders much of the season journey’s last tab undoable. Unnacceptable.

Yea i agree with you for sure plus me and my brother actually stop playing diablo 4 itself before this event came bc at first when it came out and got to season 5 then once season 6 came I ran it then season 7 I ended up stopped playing bc one I have been noticing a lot of issues on the game reported this a lot plus to be honest they need to focus on making a better gameplay for the game and fix tons of bugs lags and their servers plus top of this cross platform also has a big hit issues on top of things bc with cross platform on the game it yes allows everyone to play together however there are always people who love cheating on the game from pc itself and will do what ever it takes to do just this and cause the game to have a lot of issues.
They one need to focus on redoing the entire game far as removing cross platform for starts second is they could then put two realms together as one realm itself that way everyone and anyone can enjoy what comes to the game plus it makes it so much easier to fix the issues there plus it will my knowledge make the game more better bc my opinion in this is just bc there is a massive big open world game doesn’t mean cross platform has to be in there every time unless you have the capacity and able to keep up the massive issues of the pressure on the servers of what cross platform preforms to the game from tons of gamers plus there will always be players who will just cheat in the game just to get what they want.
There is always things that could make the game better and much more fun and popular itself thing is only the devs make the final call on what goes on in the game plus I have played Diablo 2 and 3 and it’s much more enjoyable then Diablo 4 itself plus other games too

Only after the goblins march, that we will miss, cause ps4 it’s an outdated system for them.
If that is the case, stop selling the ps4 version, and it’s done. Not still selling it to be unplayable by new players.
And the worst part? Not a single “we are aware of this issue” post.
Spit in the face is what this is. I can’t even level a new class that everything part of this game is laggy as sh*t
