Item tooltips flickering in towns

When hovering over legendary items ingame the information tooltip of the items keep disappearing and appearing, with higher frequency the more players there are around and no flickering when alone in dungeons.
Begun for me this season but have seen others report on it back in august but have found no soloutions.
Does anyone know if there is anything I can do to fix it, extremely disruptive in a game about loot. I have tried to repair the game and changed around with some options ingame but so far no luck.

Same here, its infuriating! Every tooltip is flickering, hovering over dungeons - same. It blinks between the tooltip listing or not listing an aspect as the reward.
Blues, is this issue identified? Is there a fix?

This has been seen before, and one solution was due to the FPS settings.

-Gear flickering when mousing over

In that case, they were running two monitors. I suggested that they lower the FPS cap to 100. But you could even drop it to 60 and see if it changes.

The other solution was to set the desktop FPS for both monitors to the same value. If one is 144 and the other is 165, then set both to 144. (as an example)

But I would recommend capping the FPS in game first to no higher than 100 and see it that clears it up.

I run dual monitors myself, and use this instead of matching FPS settings on both monitors. My monitors are 144 and 165. I suspect that dual monitors that have one monitor running lower FPS than the other AND its lower than what the game is trying to run is part of the issue. (like a 144 and a 60 on the same system)

Also be sure to set your background FPS to at least 60 FPS.

Let me know.

Thanks for the reply and suggestions! Sadly nothing from that other thread or from what you suggested has worked. Im only using 1 monitor but I still tried changing my refresh rate on my display and ingame in different combination but no change. Went through all the potential fixes in the old thread but also no change there. I have done a clean install of the pc and upgraded from windows 10 to 11 since I last played and had no issues then, so Im thinking it has to be something relating to that.

That or something that was configured in the previous installation of the OS that may have been interfering.

Keep tabs though. If it starts doing it again, remember any changes or installs you did since the last time it was working.
