Invalid License Issues on PlayStation Consoles

I unlinked my battlenet account from my playstation account to try to fix the licence error, but after removing the account and launching the game again, it forces me to link it again.

Also downloaded a new game from psstore, restored lincense keys and bought a $1.99 coins, still have the licence error.

Are you saying that massive building of a gaming company selling a cross platform title does not have a single playststion console ? Why make your customers do your work after dishing out premium for early access? Kindly tell your boss to do right by their customers. The amount of money blizzard spent on advertising could have been better spent finishing an incomplete game. Nevermind the connectivity issues.

I can confirm this worked for me also.

Not sure if necessary, but I also passed leader from player 1 to player 2 before leaving the game on player one.

Im still having this issue “Unable to find a valid license for Diablo IV. (Code 315306)”
Already reinstall , restore license key , download some of new game from game catalogue , and bought some small platinum bundle. Still cant fix it.

Did you buy the game on your acc?

Bought the game on account “X” linked directly on my ps5 (as main account) and I can’t play on the same console on account “Y”…

Game isnt working because of pre order reatrictions i guess. Cant play the game on account B. But if i switch to account A it works fine

Yeah i bought it from my own PS store. Ive already contact blizzard customer service give the screenshot proofs and they give me this forum discussion link , still cant solve the problem :sweat_smile:. Should we refund it from playstation store , and rebuy ?

Xbox user here, no access last night, and still no access this morning. This is ridiculous already, I feel either a partial refund or some other compensation should be given. Hope it’s fixed soon

I still have 315306 Issue

  • I play both of beta and server slam with my main psn account (japan) successfully no any issue
  • have to bought deluxe version with my another account since it is on my currency (thai)
  • Play with jp account again and get that issue

wait, am i missing something? wasn’t that exactly right word to word? didn’t you feel like in hell yesterday, while trying to play only to be greeted by an error? this definitely seems like a proper torture, which often happens in…well hell (sorry, also a ps5 owner here, so i feel your pain but the joke was too good)

Got the Ultimate on PS5. Already rechecked all my licenses. Downloaded free to play games and even bought ingame currency. But still not able to login. So sad. :sweat:

This is such a joke!
I even have the physical version of the game on PS5 and I keep getting the missing license error! Like wth, I have the actual disc inside the PS5, WHAT ELSE DO I NEED?!

I even bought 200 platinum as some suggested, but it didn’t work!

This is borderline criminal, Blizzard and you better have a compensation lined up for everyone affected by this absolute joke!
