No driver changes/etc has happened, but since last week, ive noticed when talking to NPCS my power GPU draw skyrockets.
I am guessing it has something to do with the NPC that is shown, but it seems excessive just for that.
FPS is capped at 141
Note, these numbers will depend on the GPU you use, which in my case is a 4090
Basically it goes from general gameplay 130W, to 260W~.
Yes there is a GPU clock speed increase, but not many games demand 300W GPU draw, and certainly the scenario under which it is drawing in D4 makes no sense.
