Infinite loading screen trying to log into my first character

Same. Restarted PC, checked for updates, nothing has addressed. Sitting at a loading screen for 10+ minutes again.

I really don’t know what to do, I’m searching but I can’t find a solution. Second character is working for me btw
That worked, made and logged onto an alt, then was able to load onto the main. TY

I’m having the same issue with an existing character. Was on Act 5 quest where I had to find a town in Hawezar. The cutscene started where it zoomed in to some door. I could hover over the door and it registered as clickable, but nothing happened. I waited like 10 minutes before force closing the game. Now it loads infinitely every time I try to start the game. My alt loads no issue.

Ok I fixed it by changing the character to World Tier 1.
Same issue. Can log into other characters but not my main. Tried many times over the last 12 hours. ALL characters load fine except my Druid.

We need some help from the support actually… I tried everything, expected redownloading the game, can someone try it?
