Hi,
this afternoon the game worked fine, tonight, impossible to play because of this bug. I updated my drivers and rebooted but it’s the same.
I found someone with the same issue on console and they are on the same quest :
I just tried making another character and it works fine.
So apparently if you log out during this quest (campaign quest, getting serpents eyes), your character is done for.
Also received this bug today did your character ever reset?
My character reset after approximately 20-30 minutes was able to log in and complete the quest normally. It’s still weird how it bugged out, I lagged near the door while clicking it, the second portion of the quest appeared and afterwards was kicked and couldn’t log back in.
I have the same problem since saturday. I was also at act 5 and I can’t play my rogue anymore because of that loading screen. I started a barb and it works fine with him, but not with rogue. Help please!
Ran into this last night. Still not fixed.
I swiched to a different character, then back to character select screen, and then selected the character that had the bug, and that fixed it.
Same issue! Cant get past the artwork! made a new character and works perfectly but not when switching back
