Issue - Infinite Load Screen as I was working on a campaign quest. I had retrieved two eyes as part of a quest to open a door. Once the door was open I went through and such the infinite loading screen.
Blizzard please help!!!
I have the same issue on pc, i was doing this quest this afternoon and tonight i can’t get passed the artwork loading screen.
I just tried making another character and it works fine, so it seems to be an issue with the quest.

I have this same bug on console. I looked at your post but I can’t reply or add any info to it. For the moment my character is unplayable. I could start another but I would just be hoping this doesn’t happen again.
This happened to me. I went to the cellar near the northern eye and it removed the quest. I went back south and clicked the door again to prompt me to collect the eyes. I was able to connect the northern eye and when I did it said lost connection to server. I know have an infinite load screen for this character.
