im stuck in lvl 7, i cant comlete the quest with Ozren,i need help to complete the task
Forget it, quests lines do nothing for you, no rewards no exp, search for the helltide and kill things until lvl 100 and beyond

It sounds like he is trying to purchase Lorath Nahr’s weapon from Ozren in the campaign.
The NPC (Ozren) will also give him the Horadrim amulet right before Lorath leaves to hunt down Elias.
If it’s Missing Pieces, there’s an old post here in which the items disappeared from the inventory, and reappeared on the ground where the player was standing before being disconnected.
I’ve also seen other players say the quest glitched & the item(s) had a nonsensical name, or that to advance in the quest line they had to open the quest log (L or J) and click the next quest, or that restarting the game fixed it for them.
