for me it would be the lack of interesting items. we need about 50x more unique items with cool aspects that allow for different builds and fun interactions. where is my gold find barb?

Imo it would be itemization along with its scaling for sure.
I hate the conditional stats (close, cc, vulne etc) and the ilvl system where your items needs a specific ilvl to be an upgrade.
I like way more the systems of D2/PoE when you knew that at a specific lvl, you could get that cool unique item that would greatly improve your character and be good for a while, maybe even for the whole season.
Is there a way to eliminate other players from my game? I don’t want to see them at all, if I wanted to I’d be playing WoW.
If I can’t do so, that’s the one thing I’d change.
Ummm a Chat and way to LFG that doesn’t require you to use a 3rd party program and add a stranger to your friends list?

- LFG - nightmare dungeons, casual grouping, helltide grouping etc…
- World chat and zone chat
- Paragon and talent saving so you can switch between builds
- Zoom out a bit more
- UI scaling
- As other said, get rid of scaling
- Better mount gameplay
- World bosses to be harder
- remove chain cc
- Increase mob density
- Higher level gems
- obols merchant to only give currently level items. Not this BS lvl 40 items when you’re lvl 65

OP, I would like pets to be returned and do what they do in D3 S28, which is pick up gold and items that aren’t legendary, salvaging what we don’t need (but add a toggle so we can choose types for them to salvage).
