It seems that I’m incapable of getting Tempest Roar, but I’m able to get the same unique over and over again? Aren’t the drop rates for anything but the super rares supposed to be the same? And if not, that’s unacceptable; a lot of these seemingly impossible to get uniques are essential for the meta builds. Like I’m level 89 and I feel so underpowered compared to people at my level because I can’t even fully utilize my build.
