I want there to be some static portions somewhere on the map.
What I mean is that the enemy or area is not level scaled but instead is always at the same difficulty. The difficulty would be set to an extremely difficult level and when beaten gives a specific reward that can be shown to others, proving you beat that specific content.
This provides an eternal encounter that provides bragging rights and is a static test available across seasons. I think this would be an interesting compromise to add to the game, if it isn’t already implemented somewhere.
