I am stuck with a bunch of villager remains piles in my inventory. I can’t drop them, salvage or transfer to inventory. Is there a way to get rid of them?

Was there a quest that you picked up and discarded? I have had that happen before.

It happened to me. When I reconnected it was gone.
Someone left a collection of them outside of Kyovashad’s main gate earlier 
so someone knows the secret!

In the beginning last year i saw lots of dungeon keys that were dropped in towns. There was bug and they fixed it to where you dropped it when you ported out but could still use it if you came back through the same portal. Might be the same type of bug.

They seem to drop when leaving Kyovashad. It will not let you take them out of the city, nor pick them up if you have stepped outside the city walls.

This item is causing crashes/gear to disappear for multiple people: Items disappeared after game glitched and restarted
Lost my tunic and one of my rings after picking them up / changing world tier.

Yes, I saw a lot of people complaining about that on Reddit. I’ve picked those items myself, but no damage to my account, thankfully
they drop automatically when you leave kyovshad, as the side quest item is bound to that area.
Also, just for awareness and security
not sure how true it is, but im transfering my stuff to my alt before i log out. Also setting all my stuff as favorites, as in theory, you cant get rid of them that way.
seems like the bug is back…typical Blizz coding
