There are many websites with paragon boards–but I know of no way to lay out the web paragon boards next to the game paragon entry panel. How then do people enter what they find on the web?
Alt + Tab
alt tab, 2 screens, smartphone.
I use PureRef to manage large set of images and can have it always on top of any other app. I recommend it. It is free. You can also use MS Powertoys to do the same I am sure there are plenty others apps that can do that. No need to switch with Alt+Tab.
oh thats a great tip! didnt know of that program.
I don’t understand. What does split screen on my PC or gaming console have to do with my smart phone?
you can open stuff on your smartphone, incase you dont want to alt tab, or have a second screen.
alternatively, kubs idea sounds pretty nice
If you do not have multiple screens in some way (2+ monitors, phone, laptop/PC, ect … ) than you’ll have to alt+tab back and forth remembering as much as you can between switches.
I look at the boards in game that are available. I match nodes to skills i use. I place boards according to what i need to fill first. Usually i go for the nearest legendary/glyph node. Sometimes i go for the nearest most needed rare nodes. I fill out the nodes in the most efficient way to get glyphs and necessary rare nodes selected. Once everything is in place i use remaining points to fill out the requirements for the node/glyph bonuses.
I dont use sites for this everything can be done in game.
i actually think the need for guides became less now that boards are restricted to 5 kinda. I usually end up checking some guides to get a rough idea of what i want, but then i mostly end up with my own paragon board.
Agree. I’ll bet some people can remember, others can’t.
PureRef is a fantastic tool. Most 3D artists use it to organize their references images when working on a project. You can copy/past as many images as you want, organize them by group. Extremely convenient.
Copy/past the screen captures of you reference Paragon board on the canvas of the app. Ctr/shift/A to enable/disable “always on top”. Make D4 your active app so that you can fill your Paragon Board. PureRef remains visible on top with your reference Paragon.
It is still recommended to have a large monitor.
I have a wide screen monitor. On one half of the screen, I put the website and on the other half I put D4 (windowed) and then I can just click in all the paragons in D4 and looking at the website at the same time.
I also have a 2nd monitor that I sometime use for this purpose as well.
666 Alt tabs later Im done…
I don’t follow others builds but I do use the third party tools to make my own builds. Then I just open it on my phone so I enter it in game.
Wait, have anyone here heard of printers?
Just kidding.
Is the printer the device that feeds straight to the paper shredder in the Bug Report process chain at Blizzard HQ?
I memorize all the nodes and enter them one by one by memory
Go back to sleep, Grandpa.
What were you saying? I passed out during my first pit run.
