Line up the reference board on your screen to sit where the actual board sits in game. Alt-Tab at about 120 fps for exactly 666 seconds. The boards will merge and become one.
I just use the built in import feature.
Then I wake up and go do it manually via a second screen.

The funny thing is I’m from the D2 days when we all had a printout of cube recipes and runewords and it never even occurred to me

I never used a printout I just had Arreat Summit on my second monitor.
You had two monitors that long ago? Impressive.
yeah they were clunky 1024 x 768 CRTs, 14 inch i believe.

I dont think I got rid of them until somewhere around 2009. I didnt like the LCD craze but eventually I had to. I ran with some 15 inch LCDs that were 4:3. I didnt go wide widescreen until 2017ish with the monitors i have now.
Board choice and glyphs are mathematicaly determined. Rare node clusters are a given so i dont need to think about those. Pathing rational is determined by efficiency and amount of off stat required for secondary node effects.
