Having just completed the campaign, I really only thought one boss gave me any particular trouble- without naming names it’s the maggot guy you fight in the desert. And that had more to do with the fact that he takes up 1/3rd of the screen.
If you’re struggling with the game…
1: Drop the difficulty down to world 1. There’s no shame in admitting you just don’t care about the difficulty curve, and if you don’t intend to play end game, or hit it that deeply, even more reason to.
2: For whatever reason you’re ignoring the above advice and playing on world 2 but are also not making much effort to either read a build guide, or experiment with your build. The difference between an optimized and an unoptimized build can be pretty crazy.
3: You’re stubbornly refusing to upgrade because the stuff you have has some effect it’s direct upgrades don’t. And while this is sometimes true- especially with legendary gear and higher- sometimes you’re just being stubborn because what you have on has a large primary stat bonus and the upgrade doesn’t.
4: You’re avoiding making use of the incremental improvements you can make to gear. The blacksmith and gem smith can upgrade your gear and at least the first two upgrades are always dirt cheap. There’s no reason not to socket gems into your gear- removing them is easy! Unique legendary effects can be extracted and re-applied to another piece of gear if you want.
I just beat act 1 at level 7. I am having no problems with this game’s difficulty.
No you didn’t… you have too much to kill and do before the act ends. Screenshots?
I literally posted it but I can put links but here you go.

Huh? I am not sure what you are talking about since I literally only used gear I got from the bosses and at the minimum level I could. I am not sure what you are saying…
Still trying to figure out how to change stream settings. It’s been awhile since I used this but here is the video of me killing Neyrelle’s mom.

Cool. That fight is really easy though, but you are improving.
I have no idea how to change stream name or game so I will just start streaming with what I got
NO
Let boss fights be boss fights and learn from experience
They drop globes 3 times for a reason (savor them for later stages as they get trickier)

There is a responsibility for the player to learn to play the game as well. I can’t just sit down at a table, play poker without knowing how it works and demand to win…
Honestly, after just finishing the campaign on wt2 all the way through and playing a bunch of strongholds and dungeons, the difficulty was just about perfect in my opinion.
A fight here or there that spiked the difficulty (looking at you, druid stronghold, and a story boss that I won’t mention because spoilers) but wt2 felt almost perfect.
Difficult at times, a realistic chance to die, but also very possible if you play ok, gear and build somewhat ok.
Can’t speak for wt1 for the entire game but during the beta it seemed easy enough for new players while still giving a small challenge here or there maybe.

Im level 10 in act 2 WT1 having the easiest time of my life a 6pack in… yawn
reminds me of asmongold. he complained about this fight too. just play WT1 like him.
It’s not about world tier… its about level scaling…
it is about world tier, though. world tier 1 is dramatically easier than world tier 2. if you’re struggling on world tier 1 you are just bad and you need to get good. get some defensive/heal skills. that fight is not hard. most of the story bosses aren’t hard, really. it’s a bit annoying chasing a bunch of succubi around but the arena isn’t even that big.
Dude… I beat WT2 Neyrelle Mom at level 6… It’s not about WT… Lower world does make it a bit easier but not as much as just being a lower level.
you’re complaining that you have to actually beat a boss instead of just being able to die endlessly and wack it to death. forgive me if I assumed you should be playing world tier 1.
