Pretty sure theres something very wrong wi the droprates of these? Last season drop rate was i would say at right spot
Recently hit Paragon 200 on HC and got 0 scrolls in whole time. Same goes for everyone i ask in my clan and friends.
Drop chances are insanely low i know 1 person that dropped 1 and thats it
With the amount of bugs there is currently in game these should be droping more and not less …
Pleas have a look into this and adjust to previous s5 which was in great state i would say
