For all the players that desire challenge, Blizzard needs to add Ruthless Mode

What is Ruthless Mode? It’s a separate, opt-in mode so won’t affect anyone other than the players interested in playing it and desire scarcity and challenge. Ruthless can be selected by ticking a checkbox in the character selection screen. It significantly increases the difficulty and changes the playstyle of the game by opting-in to extreme item scarcity and various other changes such as traditionally weak items are felt as valuable and lvling to max is an achievement.
