Trying to download Diablo 4 from my Xbox PC Game Pass through Battle.net and keep getting an error code that says: BLZBNTAGT000002BF when i click on the more help tab nothing happens. Tried rebooting as well as reinstalling Battle.net and still get the same error code.

The error is happening to me too, and I uninstalled the game and now it doesn’t even download

Same, try to click install in the xbox app then it takes to battlenet and gives me the errorx try to install through Bnet, throws the error. Ive uninstalled bnet multiple times, deleted the folder for diablo still no dice, its frustrating. Im on Asus Ally

I solved this issue by closing out of xbox app and battle.net in task manager. Run Battle.net as ADMINISTRATOR then try installing. Fixed issue for me on two computers.

My issue was trying to update the game this morning and got the error. I got it to work by uninstalling Battle.net and reinstalling it on my end. That said, I downloaded and installed Battle.net concurrently using D4 XBox game pass on initial install of the game. This morning when I tried to run the game, it couldn’t install an update I’m guessing some permissions to administrative changes might not have been made able between platforms on the initial install.
