Game crashing with OBS and Vtube Studio

Hi, i’m having some issues while streaming the game, when i’m playing it for the first hour there’s no issue, but after the hour mark, the game and obs crashes. Then i try to stream again and again, and my obs and game crashes more often, this happens when i have the game open, obs and also vtube studio running, i also had one time when my monitors went black and had to restart my pc. Leaving my pc info below in case any of these may have problems with Diablo IV:

Processor - AMD Ryzen 5 3500 4.1GHz
Motherboard - MSI B450M PRO-VDH MAX
Memory- DDR4 16GB 3200MHz HyperX Fury RGB Black x4
Video Card - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 6GB

Thanks!

I had the same last weekend.

3900x
RTX 2080
32GB Ram

This weekend the performance seems even worse.
So i wont even bother trying to stream it

Same issue here but only OBS crashes, game still runs.

Same problem here, Diablo eat all ram and OBS crashes. In low specs is the same thing. Poor optimization.

Same problem with me.
OBS and Diablo just crash at irregular intervals.

It can’t be the PC - the load of my components is below 55%.
Internet is also available in full performance.

Just at the end I couldn’t even get into the character selection - so I couldn’t play at all.
Not even without stream.

same here with a 3070 and 32GB 3200mhz RAM.
I hope they fix it, the game keeps running, but OBS or Discord streaming crashes, this just happens with D4

Same here, EVGA RTX 3080 XC3 ULTRA GAMING.
See also OBS Freezing while in game

Same here. Ryzen 5 - 3070 Graphics card - 64 gigs of Ram and OBS either lags so much it’s not worth streaming or crashes.

Exact same thing still happening for me

Anyone found a fix for this at all yet?

I have the same issue and my PC is definitely good enough for it.

I am running…

Intel i9 12900k CPU Turbod at 4.6ghz
RTX 3070 Ti 8gb Vram GPU
64 GB of RAM (had to buy another 32 gb of ram bcuz D4 eats 11-14gb)

I got the game to work for 1.5 hours the other night on stream and I had it reduced all the way to 1080p when I can usually play the game at 4k ultra settings. I also had it on high settings at 1080p.

I’m currently working on building a Streaming PC just to play D4 and Im not even sure that will stop the game itself from locking my system up.

None of this makes any sense and Blizzard has said nothing about this.

I am having the same issue - I can stream the game for a least an hour and then obs crashes but the game stays open and running.

I thought they would have found a fix for this but apparently not. It seems that I am currently unable to stream this to my community till they can optimize the game a bit better.
