Game crashes, restarting PC

Let me clear up a few misconceptions you have right here:

First off. You need a swap file when playing this game. For whatever reason it requires it.

Second, never use more than ONE drive for the swap file. Any forum message saying to put one on the same drive as the game is BS. The only reason it appears to work, is because you increased your available overall swap size, not because you put it on the drive where the game resides. Actually that would impact the game performance because now the drive is trying to do two tasks at once.

My suggestion, is to follow the steps I have outlined here, back in May I think it was. You just want to stick with using the drive the OS is running on:

-Diablo IV has run out of memory - #103 by DTMAce-1687

This may actually work better. Set your swap file size both min and max to 32768MB
