After last update,when you try to open the chest in town,the game crashes

I’m having the same game crashing issue when opening my Stash using my level 100 character in the Eternal Realm but it does not happen on my character in the Season Realm.

Same, I can open my seasonal stash no problem but on eternal it crashes instantly when I try to open it. I think it has to do with the seasonal to eternal stash transfer tab.

PS5 also crashes when opening stash… really??? This doesn’t seem to effect my Season 2 character, only all characters on Eternal, and it’s been that way since I downloaded the most recent patch today. Please fix this.
UPDATE: Day 2 and the problem has not been corrected. Friend playing on PC is able to access stash box this morning but I cannot on PS5 console. PLEASE FIX THIS.

Exactly same problem, season realm works fine, but when i try to open the chest at eternal realm it crashes

Happens to me too on PC every time, with all eternal characters. I have unclaimed items (the extra tab), I wonder if that has something to do with it.
It’s good that there’s a lot of these posts now. Hope Blizzard sees atleast one of them.

I am having the same issue. Immediate crash upon accessing the stash/chest. I was going to clean out the inventory to make room for the new season characters when they go into eternal in 2 months and delete some characters, but since I can’t access any items in the game, there goes my plan for the day.

I am having the same crash. It started happening when I had too many malignant hearts. (50). I got more and they went to the items missed tab, now every time I open stash the game crashes. Help.

Same on all 3 eternal realm characters tried different stash locations same outcome on PS5. Hope they fix this soon!

I am on a PC. Its closing as soon as i even open my chest. Quite annoying because Im unable to access stuff I was saving. Hopefully it fixes soon.

Add another with this problem. 100% reproducible. Load character on eternal realm and open stash and game instantly crashes. Most recent crash report had code A448F37C-D3AD-48D8-8179-BD12C35A9D8E

Same thing here definitely has somethis to do with seasonal to eternal characters new ones on eternal don’t have any issue . Happening on xbox. At one point got a “cant find valid license” … but that went away post restart. This renders the characters unusable pretty much … also think the exchange from gems to gem shards might play a part as everything is missing from my stashes… again only on eternal realm and a converted character. Come on blizzard!

Getting it as well. But i was able to access it just yesterday when I was on a lover level character. Not sure what is up but hope they fix it before the end of the season. Got a lot of loot!

Same here, in eternal everytime crashes after opening stash. Extra season tab almost full and unclaimed legendaries 10/10. Just got Doombringer yesterday but could not play because inventory full and stash crashing the game.
