I am having the same issue, Xbox Series X. If I try to access the stash on any of my Eternal realm characters, the game crashes and I am returned to the home screen. My Seasonal character stash works normally. There are no additional game updates in Updates, so it seems that I am patched all the way up. Hope there is a fix to this soon.

Same here on PS5. Cannot access stash on eternal realm. Neither with transferred characters nor with newly created ones.

I cant also. Ever since the latest update adding the rings to the game. My eternal realm stash crashes ny game everytime

Am also having the same issue on Series S. Both eternal characters crash as soon as I go to the chest.

I was hoping to sell/save what I could from my last seasonal run. I know it was originally stated that items not saved within 30 days would be lostā€¦ Please fix and/or give us more time for inventory cleanup! I almost completely forgot because I have been busy enjoying Season of Blood!

Same thing here. Happening to me on all Eternal realm characters.

I think they get removed at the end of season 2, so you should have time.
But Iā€™m having the same issue still, pretty annoying.

Same for me, unable to pen stash on eternal realm , even with new toon, reinstalling doesnā€™t work, deleting older toons doesnā€™t work, at this point can only play season

This was fixed today for me in todays small patch.

The game still crashes with an error on PC, even after the Nov. 8 update.

THis problem is back in Season 5. It is happening on both of my computers in ETERNAL realm. Iā€™m able to retrieve and deposit items into my stash on the first try. After I leave then try it again I am unable to do anything with the stash. I canā€™t switch tabs to view the other chests or withdraw or upload items. It started happening today. It was fine yesterday.
