Ever since general release, there’s been multiple network disconnects, loading issues when fast traveling, areas not loading causing the invisible wall bug. You’ve had multiple beta tests, and yet your infrastructure is still failing at launch…
I know there’s maintenance going on…this is not specific for the current login issues.

look at it this way, this kind of stuff was inevitable, the betas just gave them data to soften the blow. could be way worse.
figures the servers sh1t the bed as soon as i sit down ready to play after working all day though. then on days when servers have been fine my internet has given me hell. been a fun launch lol
I try my best to be understanding; however, I feel like companies have lost touch with any kind of care for their players nowadays. Time is very important, I’m sure we would all agree on that, right? I would hope so… Spending time in dungeons only to get kicked off due to issues and Blizzard performing “maintenance” while we play is just disrespectful. What do we get for all that time lost? Nothing. I feel like I should have waited a few months before buying the game, I got the Ultimate too.

I paid 130 dollars for a game I can’t even connect to… way to be ready for the capacity Blizzard.
Yea…I’ve learned my lesson here. Paying $70 bucks for a product that will be randomly taken away from me at any given time for any amount of time is kinda…not worth it
Blizzard is a multi-billion dollar company. They have the means to setup infrastructure that scales to the heavens, and they’ve had more than enough time to prepare. Inevitable is just not acceptable.
It’s like they didn’t post on the launcher that they are doing maintenance…oh waaaait. they did.
This is what I loathe most about “live games”. Wish I could play offline like d2r, would in a heartbeat.
I would like a server health status or system announcement when my game opens so I don’t sit there and waste a few minutes wondering if its going to load or not.
There’s a maintenance going on. It’s on the launcher now - said servers were staying on online but there may be disconnects and log in issues. It wasn’t there when I started playing a few hours ago though so I’m guessing some kind of “emergency”. Store again perhaps?
It still amazes me that after decades these companies still have the same issues, constantly. Over and over and over…
Agree with this and the idiot who decided on open maintenance in the middle of the day needs to be fired.
All the money in the world can’t solve technological limitations. They’ve had issues like this in the past with d3, wow classic etc.
OMG you’re right? Who doesn’t play in minimized window mode so they can stare at the launcher while playing to see that!?!
I mean, server crashes…you go back to launcher to click play…Do you not see the alert banner?
