completed all nehantu side quests and the Everything Old side quest achievement is still locked.

Got the same issue. 35/35 but the challenge is incomplete.
Same here, tried to finish it on 2 different characters (hardcore and softcore).
Actually I finished the quests, but the achievement keeps saying ‘‘hasn’t started yet’’!

Same thing here… I completed the “Everything Old” questline but still says 34/35… I even was able to start & finish the quest “New Again” which comes afterwards & received the Sword Transmog but, under “Collections/Challenges/Quests”…“Coiling Fate” still says NOT STARTED?
…As a result… Im at 34/35 side quests completed for Nahantu (Even though I completed them all) and can’t unlock the Mount…

You may still have only 34/35 completed actually. I was the same and thought it was bugged because of Everything Old but turned out it was not. There was a knight on the west side of Kyovashad. You speak to him and he will give you a reward that completes the quest count. He is not marked on the map. If that’s not it, there are a few droppable quest items. One in a dungeon and a few in the new overworld. Hope that helps.
I’ve got 35/35 but still no Everything Old achievement.

This is quest is bugged for me as well. please update us!
figured it out, so after you "complete " this quest the first time, the statue burns the Dian and the old mans has a good laugh, then it says quest complete and you get a cache… However, the quest is not complete. there is a part 2! I figured this out after completing it and the game saying something about something be haunted. so after research I found out the you have to enter a dungeon after the statue event. this triggered by me leaving the area and returning to Samuk and Dian was there again. so I redid the quest and the second time around the we tell the NPC not to go near the statue and he lives. then it prompts for the dungeon to open and you can continue with the second half of the quest. so if Dian doesn’t respond in Samuk then try relogging.
Heads up, there is also a part 3. So, after you complete the second portion of the quest, you will have to return to Samuk and speak with Dian one more time, you do some stuff, and return to the same dungeon and complete it. Then it will prompt you to meet with Dian one final time at Samuk to finish the endeavor. Over all experience for this side quest is 1/10 would not recommend. Too many bugs already in the new area, and sneaking in hidden mechanics on top of that to complete side quests is just irritating.

Same problem here. I’ve completed 35/35 Sidequests, I also got the “Nahantu Folk Hero” Achievement which staates “Complete all Nahantu side quests” but the “Coiling Fate” achievement is still listed as “Not Started” even after completing the entire questline 3 times, meeting with him back in Samuk one last time and getting every reward. He is gone now and the achievement is still listed as “not started”.
It is still bugged.
I did 44 of the now 44 sidequests. It says 44/44.
I even got the mount and I got the armor but not the achievement.

Same here… 44/44… and I completed the entire quest line with another character with crossplay turned off, and the achievement is still listed as “not started”

Same for me too. Just finished last quest and have 44/44 but still no completed achievement for Coiling Fate.
I just complete Everything old and secound version and New Again with another char still i dont get Coiling Fate to be completet achivments, and Nahantu Folk Hero is not completet either even if i don all the quest with my main char is just 19/20 there.
fix in the next patch maybe?

This is the quest i have ben completing with notis of Quest complated mark.
To track it down this time for my secound time, i did choose to take print screen on every singel time Quest Complete with the name of the quest so i cold remember with quest i have ben completing for try figure out what failes.
