even with 44/44 and completing 20/20 for the nehantu folk hero quest the everything old still isnt completed. hope they fix the achievement with the next patch

if you return to where you keep meeting him. There are two NPCs, talk to Tucozin, eventually the other one mentions āif you really want to know travel the eastern roads, south of lower Kurastā¦ its there the corpse liesā I wonder if there is more to the quest. We looked all over the areas south east of Kurast but didnāt find a corpse or grave etc that did anything.

I replayed The Cat Eye a 3 times with another char and got the folk hero 44/44 20/20 but still the coiling fate is still bugged
Still broken as far as I can tell. In my list of side quests it still says not started even though I finished it. I may even have the sword.
getting fixed in patch tomorrow
- Fixed an issue where the Coiling Fate achievement did not properly track progress after completing the Everything Old quest.

i had the same problem. Today i was able to claim the achievement. If you have already did the 3 quest for the Coiling Fate (Everything old achievement) on the charachter you want just do the things below it worked for me.
1.Create a new character and do it again
2.If for any reason you see any bug go back to the town abandon the quest and relog
eg i was able to see helltide chests when there was no helltide/ the demon did not spawn
3. do not use town portals during any point use the horse
