Yes. The point is, Blizzard clearly said that WoW tokens would never come to classic. Here we are.
Seems the PC side is more logical in their views,

They actually stated that WoW classic would not have p2w tokens. Fast forward to today… https://worldofwarcraft.blizzard.com/en-us/news/23951685/get-the-wrath-classic-wow-token I mean, you can’t make this sht up anymore with Blizzards greed. I give it it 6 months and Diablo 4 has QOL items pushing p2w in the cash shop, if not straight up Diablo Tokens to trade for gold.
