Error code 397000

Yes, didn’t help. Also tried rebooting, running as admin, etc

Just the same as everyone else.

Scan and repaired (multiple times) - Error
Check for updates (multiple times) - Error
Changed language; Eng → ES → Eng (once) - Error
Set PhysX to GPU (once) → Error
Rebooted PC (multiple times) - Error

Version: 0.8.139858

After every adjustment, I launch the game claims ‘ <1 minute queue’ then goes back to saying just queue, and ends with a 397000 error code.

This error has appeared since 0900 pst. Played fine yesterday but this morning has been a constant error.

Ive done everything here besides the last bullet point. This has to be blizzard side, seems to be something wrong with the authenticating servers. meh

Both my husband and I played the Beta last weekend and he is still playing today. Just letting you know.

Well, my original error message was " The lobby server is currently unavailable."

I’m thinking we’re in limbo without a server spot. AKA maybe they don’t have the server capacity to hold everyone, or there’s a different server issue.

Same issue. Rebooted the game, PC, modem, and router. Flushed and renewed PC IP. Set PhysX. Repaired the game. Changed language. Updated the computer and NVIDIA drivers. Logged out, and back in, to Battle.net. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Still getting the error.

Just like everyone else here, having the same issue. I can see friends of mine online. Tried everything people tried on this forum but reinstalling the game. Cant see a way to make this work.

Same issue here both on pc and ps5. Nothing seems to help.

Same issue for me also started happening after switching character and changing world tier.

I did a repair and I am still having the same issues. Can’t log in.

Hey everyone,

I tried every advice in this forum post and nothing worked for me, but I logged out from my account and logged in after using the identification app, and it worked, I hope it will work for you also.

Blizzard sent a notification for rolling restarts, maybe ~30 min ago. I made NO CHANGES and now IT WORKS.

Logging out of the App and logging back in again works for me, I’m logged in!!

PS: I’m using the blizzar authenticator on my smartphone!!

i don’t know if this will help but this is what happend to me:

  1. Restart pc (not work)
  2. Scan and repair (not work)
  3. Change language of the installation (not work)

What it fixed it for me was: Log out change language of the launcher and then i logged in and it worked hope this help someone

I made it in to anyone curious.

I reinstalled my drivers and it seemed to fix the issue (PC).

It was a blizzard side issue. This also worked for me. As soon as that notification came up it worked.
