12 hours later. try to do a ticket no response… the response i get from all my other tickets is to look at the forums. goto forums and still no response from blizzard. great company. sarcasm.
Got disconnected while inside a cellar during a helltide event and got the same error 396002 with the “account is busy” error when you try to enter the game after picking your character. Can’t enter the game since yesterday at 9PM Eastern. Just putting it out here in case the scheduled server maintenance doesn’t fix this.
14 hours and ongoing with the same error.
bump. 12 hours later still cant log into any of my characters.
After being disconnected last night on my seasonal character I’ve been having this issue for 14+ hours now, can’t even play on my eternal realm character or create and play a new one.

Yep, been unable to login since yesterday afternoon due to error code 395002.
And no, I have no idea how to do any glitches or exploits.
I have had this problem out of the blue last night. I have a battle pass. I was in the middle of the Ancient City fighting with Zir and got kicked out of the game with this mess.
Edit: I have been trying to submit a support ticket and it won’t let me. This is so ridiculous.
Kicked out yesterday around 3:30PM PST - issue still persists.
It won’t let you submit a support ticket until you attach the requested dxdiag and msinfo files.
I suspect they do this so most people will give up before completing the ticket process. Very poor showing on Blizzard’s end.

Closing in on the 24h mark for me.
Woke up to a response from Blizzard through a support ticket on this 2 hours ago from support. The dev’s are working on it is all we are going to get right now. Support marked my ticket answered so I would have to open a new one for dialogue with them. I hope they at least update my ticket when they do fix it… because as far as I’m concerned this is not being supported it’s being pushed aside.

On top of the new patch running extremely poorly for my comp for some reason, I’ve been unable to log in to the game for about 18 hours because of this error code. Has anyone gotten back in yet?
Same here. I’m still trying to get on right now from yesterday morning. Going on 24 hours and I still cannot log into the game. I’m so livid it’s not funny especially when now I have work and can’t play. they should be ashamed of themselves and how they treat their customers.

yea man same. I’m Eastern as well. I Am hoping after the Maintenace at 1pm today it will be back up and working.
I’m well over the 12 hour mark now, but not even as long as some. I know my game broke around 7:30 EST last night. This is really disheartening.

any update from devs? are they even aware of this issue?
Over in the technical forum one or two people had received responses from support they are actively working on it… but who knows. Going on 16-17 hours for me with the same issue.

No official blue response, but Jez is correct, a few people have had tickets responded to. No ETA given, just issue is known.
