I used this link and got a reply right away saying they are aware of the issue and have no ETA for the fix. Bizarre that they won’t post anything here to tell us what is going on.
Same here got this error code yesterday at 6pm. Tried to log in this morning at 11am still the same code 395002 nothing has changed.
I used that this morning and all it did was send me here and it wouldn’t let me finish my ticket. As of now, I still can’t get into my game. This started at 7:35 p.m. EST last night.
About 24 hours now. Still can’t log in. Still no response from Blues. Stellar.
I’m having the same error. Played Saturday night, logged out correctly without any errors. Then after a 10 hour work day got home and first attempt to log in was getting the Code 395002 error. Still getting it 14 hours later. I did a ticket after 2 hours of getting the message and got this response:
"Thank you for your report! We have received numerous reports from other players about this error already and our developers are currently investigating it. Normally you should only receive error 395002 when you try to login repeatedly or when you suddenly get disconnected from the server and the error should resolve itself within 5-10 minutes. If you have waited 10 minutes between login attempts and still get the error message then something is not working as it should. Our developers are trying to find a solution for this right now and the issue should be resolved shortly. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
If our developers should decide after the issue has been fixed that compensation is in order then all affected players will receive it automatically. We cannot offer individual compensation at this time or guarantee that compensation will be offered later.

So my one day completely off and I can’t play at all.
We’ve paid way to much for this game to not be able to play it and there not be any solutions to get all of us back up and be dismissive of the significant issue.
Yep, hoping for the best after maintenance. Honestly at this point I am thinking about giving Path Of Exile a try. I want to love this game, this season…so bad… but I have friends getting refunds on Steam, and bailing on the game in general. Really frustrating to say the least.

i got the error on the 22 at 4pm it is the next day at 8am still cant get in

It’s good people willing to go through the infuriating ticket process are getting a response, but it’s really disheartening they refuse to respond to a single thread about the issue.
I have had the same issue since yesterday evening. Around 4pm PST Blizzard still hasn’t responded even after the servers bring down this morning to fix issues.
Got error 395002 Sunday, Oct 22 about 4pm PDT. Haven’t been able to get in a game since with any of 3 characters and even tried repairing the game and changing regions for Battle.net to no avail.
Still cannot reconnect 16 hours later.
is this happening to people on Steam as well or is it just battlenet. this is just a joke now. All Blizzard cares about is the money. the 100 dollars we spent and still didn’t get the content for. what a joke it really is.
Still cannot get in. Been about 18 hours. What is going on? And thanks @Frazier for the update! Very sad it had to come from an individual versus Blizzard itself. All they had to do was say they were aware of the issue.
Also same issue here without resolve. 18 hours now with 395002
Booted at 3:30PM PST yesterday. Still waiting for a response from Blizz.

Same issue here. Weird that my friends are still playing with no issues. They went through the same thing when D2 rez was released and it took over a week to fix.
