I submitted a ticket over 3 hours ago. no response. I have also tweeted the issue to Blizzard CS. No response yet.

Havenā€™t been able to log in to my characters since 2023-10-22 @ 3:55pm Pacific, just again tried (5 hours later) and no luck.

Interesting. I logged out regularly last night and havenā€™t been able to get in at all. So maybe not just DCā€™s? Not sure!

Looks like there are many like me that are unable to log in. I have been waiting for over an hour since I first encountered the 395002 error while my friend (based in US, west coast just like me) is able to log in. This is crazy man

no its affecting me too, i logged out fine on thursday night, went out of town, today when i got home same error. been unable to log in for 5 hours now

Same error code and everything? That sucks, most people said it happened to them during a helltide, was hoping to have some kind of commonality.

Mine happened during helltide, got a DC then unable to login with the 395002 error, on PC

I was notified about 15 minute ago, in Seasonal mode, was just about done with a dungeon. I got back on, but kicked me off with same error. When I got back on Noticed maintenance on a duplication exploit is going on. Use to get an in-game warning, guess not anymore?

fairly certain I was doing helltide and stepped away from PC to care for my son, so I afkā€™d out.

I also got an authenticator pop up the very first time I got locked out, but it was only on my screen for a matter of seconds and then disappeared.

Then I had to install the new bnet app cuz i forgot the authenticator app expired.

For me I was TPing out of the helltide. Load screen froze then force DC and now here we are.

Same issue here, I have waiting like 6 hours, and I tried with differents characters, different world tiers. I hope Blizzard will do something.

what kind of circus is blizzard running here? been itching to try out the sorcā€™s ballz of lightningzā€¦ apparently that has to wait.

Itā€™s more frustrating that they donā€™t even acknowledge it as an issue when clearly thereā€™s a bunch of us who canā€™t even play.

Been going on 12 hours for me. Was about to ride out of town and got disconnected. 395002 error ever since. Why

At about the 16 hour mark for me now as well

I went to bed and woke up this morning to not being able to log in. 13 hours or so in total.

Same error here, canā€™t log in. Error 395002.

Same here, it has been over 12 hours. I hope we at least get acknowledgment on this issue.
