Same here. PC user. Tried to start season and 12 hours later still have same error message.
“Your character has not finished being saved by their current game, or your account is otherwise busy. Please wait a few minutes so we can safely log your account out, and try again. (Code 395002)”
Nope tried that…. Purchase went through but can’t get in still……
Bump. Been about 16 hours since I was able to log in. Keep getting the same Code 395002 error.
Almost 15 hours for the same error here. I’ve restarted, reinstalled, nothing works - it’s server side

Day 2 of this 395002 error code bs, i just wanna play the game i paid $100+ on n enjoy it on my days off, but no, instead we get f’d n not even any acknowledgment on here or twitter or anywhere, wats the point of these forums if we get no support??
That’s what is really frustrating, they won’t even acknowledge that there is a problem.
At this point I’d love to get a number of how many people that are affected either from last night or even just trying to log on recently on a list to see just how badly Blizzard is neglecting part of the player base by not even putting out a statement to acknowledge there are a lot of us that have a problem. I feel like if all of these people were on my friends list, the amount of people not playing the game would be longer than my arm.
I wonder the same thing. Their silence on Twitter is deafening, as if all is normal. But I submit a ticket and the guy replies quickly, saying ‘engineers are working on it’ but no ETA. I’m pretty disgusted.
Evidently a few people have had a ticket response, but the result is the same as your own, no ETA just the issue is known. Well…if the issues is known, why aren’t you putting out a mass statement letting us know you know. The situation is out of our hands and entirely in theirs and they are making us feel like hot garbage nobody wants to look at by saying absolutely nothing.
Same here! I’ve been trying to login, unsuccessfully, for 2 days. I’ve tried closing the game and restarting, restarting my PS5, resetting my internet, resetting my Battle.net password, and submitting a ticket. Nothing yet. This is ridiculous! Error code 395002 EVERY TIME!
I’m in the same boat on Xbox. Was playing yesterday evening and booted from game back to char select screen. Whenever I try to select any of my chars now it gives me the code. Hard reboots don’t help. Approaching 20 hours now. WTF.
I am also having the same problem. Tried everything, cleared cache, restarted, updated drivers, logged in and out of bnet but nothing working. Approaching 24 hrs PC player

Has it resolved for you? How long did it take and how was it resolved? Your input is appreciated.
I’ve been getting error 395002 for over 24 hrs
20 hours without resolve. This issue needs to be fixed or us “testers” need reimbursement
Same problem here on PS5.
I even tried using my phone as a personal hotspot, no luck.
