Error code 395002

Was in the middle of the Blod Harvest event. Game lagged out completely. Eventually kicked me out. Tried to log back in, and I have gotten this error. I have now waited 10 minutes and attempted to login in, same error.

How long does this error take to clear?

I was entering the first quest “dungeon” and game lagged out to character screen and cannot log back in keep getting Error Code 395002 have tried eternal and seasonal characters no luck

Have the same darn code…come on Blizzard…fix your game!! D4 Season should not be this bad. On PS5

Same issue, cannot login. wonder how long it takes to save then.

Just started with the lag in a season dungeon, annoying as hell.

Also having issues here. Seems random on the time limit. I know there’s increased activity with the servers but it’s possible the blizzard and battle.net are having issues with people attempting to use DdOSA. As a new large event just started and this has happened before in the past and I’m sure will continue to happen again in the future. I have no proof of course, however I’ll entertain the thought for some of using a botnet to Ping like 10 million times in a second :smirk:

Same problem here, I closed the client rebooted and restarted game, 20 min later same error code.

Same issue here. I was lagged out during Blood Harvest, and was forced to close the game. Tried logging back in after resetting my PC, Router, etc and it is constantly the error as OP. Clearly something larger going on all of a sudden.

Same issue here… I was in middle of helltide and my game crashed, now I’ve been getting (Code 395002) for the past 45 minutes. Help?

same thing happening here, lagged out tried to log back in and got code 395002. ive even waited an hour to no avail.

Has anyone heard any kind of an answer on this ? Does this not get addressed?

If I buy an addon on the shop, will you guys finally log out my character so I can play again ?

I checked the Blizzard No CS twitter account and nothing.

I think it’s safe to say so far all the people that have reported the issues haven’t been able to get back in. It first happened to me over an hour and a half ago now and it’s still doing that error now. The problem is we don’t even know if Blizzard is aware of it, as they haven’t responded here or on Twitter.

Same issue for me, tried logging in on Xbox and SteamDeck thinking maybe it was stuck from last time I was playing and didn’t actually end the game. Both are giving me the error. Been trying for half an hour.

Same error, tried logging into different characters, same error. Tried logging out of both Diablo IV and Battle.net, tried rebooting my PC. I’ve waited over an hour and just tried to log in again, to no avail. Scanning my game files now just in case, but I assume we need to wait for the servers to be fixed.
