same issue here i was playing then kicked out after i log in this error code appear. i tried to log in every 30 min but this error code still appearing. after 2 hours this error code is still appearing

Been unable to login to any character for almost 3 hours now. Getting this code each time. Unacceptable.
Same, Logged out of all reset net reset battle.net uninstalled nothing is fixing it. 6 hours now
Same here…. Stupid code when zoning into one of the new bosses and now can’t login for 6+ hours…… would be nice to get a reply from someone……

Just reinstalled and still no access. Hour 6.5

I don’t know what timezone every one is in, but I’d say if it’s late just go to bed and wait until after maintenance. If it’s not late and you’re on PST time, find another game to hopefully tide you over and maybe if you really want to, check periodically to see if you can get back in, but I don’t think it will work. Only Blizzard can fix this for us whenever they recognize it’s an issue.
I must have logged out before all this happened, but I am experiencing the same error trying to log in this morning. I will say I was experiencing some decent rubber banding/lag before I was finished yesterday, both in the world and in some nmd’s.
Haven’t been about to login for about eight hours. No replies from support to anyone. I’ve never seen anything like this: obviously wide spread issues with no official comment. Bizarre.
Same here. I don’t play in parties I don’t trade ever I was in town last night at 6pm est got booted now I can’t log onto characters. 395002 error for 12 hours now.
I’m into the next day, just checked here at 7:45 am on 10/23/2023 and it’s still not letting me play. Been sense 1pm yesterday without being to play. This is BS. I’ve done all steps mentioned above as well. Is there a fix for this or are we screwed?
May as well add my name to the thread. Same issue - started about 7:30pm EST and still can’t logon at 8:30am EST.
Jumping in as well 13 hours of the same code and unable to log in as any character. Attempted to make a new character and still doesn’t work 395002.
Same issue for me as well. Going on 10 hours as of now.
Not a single reply that they’re aware of the issue and working to resolve it either. PLEASE FIX THIS @BLIZZARD
Same issue here. DC’d around 6PM EST last night and not a single update or status to indicate the problem.
