Easy Vulnerable Fix

Lot of arguments over vulnerable damage, issues are nuanced, but I came up with a VERY easy fix/improvement for Blizzard:

Change all ‘damage vs’ to ‘vulnerable damage vs’ and reduce them by 50%

  1. This would make the vulnerable bucket MUCH larger, while adding conditions as to how you would accomplish the bucket damage maximization.
  2. This would lessen the number of +damage bonuses, which would greatly decrease the size of the largest damage bucket, making it far more powerful for each individual upgrade.

For those who simply don’t want to apply vulnerable, this wouldn’t help your cause. But this fixes the biggest issue players have with damage, which ISN’T the vulnerable and crit buckets are too small, but actually that the +damage bucket is WAY too big. If you cut back on the damage bucket, then everything else balances out.
