Display Settings

Most of display settings i lower it down to have a good gameplay (ie. no lagging or stuttering). How do I make the best display settings? (ie ultra and high). I am currently have desktop with core i5 12400, NVMe, rtx 3060ti gddr6x 8gb, 32gb ddr4 ram, 1080p @144hz.

Steps for better performance

Disable full-screen optimization and enable DPI scaling ( if ye use any sort of upscaling) in the properties of the exe file. Enable 10 or 100 Gb of the shader cache ( dependeth of size of thy disk), adaptive energy consumption and performance in the general settings of the driver.
