In the same place, enable physics on the CPU instead of auto. If ye don’t use any synchronization, ye don’t need the delay and then enable the fps limit exactly by thy minitor ( 60. 120. 144 and so on).

All these are worketh, even if ye have a powerful computer, it’s better to do it anyway. Ye won’t see much difference in image quality, but the game will work better. Ye can not do anything about lags, but ye can try disabling cross-platform mode, including chat. May be helpeth.
Most problems actually from servers and their codes. The game itself hath good optimization.
