i used to get 1000+ easy on a 10 level one (and with trash options)
now even with the best ones i can barely ******* reach 600!!! i’m blasting through it as fast as humanly possible! the 6 level one is even worse!!! can’t even reach 200 to open the damn loot chest!
man! this damn game is realy getting on my nerves with all the random ****** crap and i’m running out of keys for this stupid BS! just what the actual fluff blizzard???
How many runs have you done since the patch?
haven’t counted them (kinda holding off using the 10 wave ones as it’s the only one i can reach 750 for the damn achievement)
but at this rate with these bad drops… i think i’ll run out of keys before even getting that stupid thing.
had one where i was lucky enough to get everything hellborn… and the one to spawn events faster by killing normal enemies… hellborn where dead the second they spawned and still didn’t get more then 600 in the end. sure, i’m playing solo but it shouldn’t be this difficult… i get the feeling they nerfed this crap just for the dumb achievement…
What are you saying Bukkit, that loot doesnt rain from the sky?! Blasphemy! Think about the longevity of the game, it is an honor and privilege to finish ones build in ones lifetime. A proper d2 build, that is something one leaves to their descendents, like a magus’ crest or Zelretch’s homework!
just did two out of curiousity. i dont feel a difference. Sometimes you can get unlucky tho of course.

the screen is literaly on fire and exploding, i’m all over the damn screen and even with every wave put into hellborn (more hellborn, stronger hellborn, faster hellborn, etc.)
i was litteraly killing 5 hellborn the moment they spawned and only frigging got 600… after 10 wave of clicking like a damn madman…
I think you just had some bad rng tbh, can happen both with boons and mob spawns. Had a 700ish, 850ish, 960ish, 1090ish and 1430ish today. Ive never gotten 1k+ w/ trash options tho. Generally need to be booning elites or hellborne to get there.

I mean it was definitely easier when hordes were added to get 1k+ than it is now. But if you were struggling yesterday before the patch then I don’t think it’s that.
oh yea, when they were freshly released it was ridiculously easy.

Perceptual bias basically. The idea that things have changed off your own perspective, when the reality is it’s always been this way, it’s just more prominent to focus on after changes happen to other systems. If you focus on the bad you’re more likely to see it.
I mean this season has been f’d in so many ways, I just don’t think hordes fall into this category.
I’ve done a few over 1k this season but it does feel a bit off. I do suspect a slight nerf was applied for s7
