Did not get recipe of invoker of Varshan after completed the campaign

Completed all requests solo. Did not get a “recipe of invoker of varshan”, but a “invoker of varshan”.

Then I used “invoker of varshan” to summon varshan at WT2 and got the “recipe of foul invoker of varshan”. Then I am STUCK!

Since I cannot craft another “invoker of varshan” which is required to craft “foul invoker of varshan”. Now I am lv60, Nothing.

Currently the Malignant invoker I can craft from the workbench:

  1. Brutal Malignant Invoker
  2. Devious Malignant Invoker
  3. Foul Invoker of Varshan
  4. Vicious Malignant Invoker

The “Invoker of Varshan” is missing from the list. Please fix this.

same here… i think the problem was i finished the seasonal quest at World Tier 4. I used the only invoker of varshan i had to get the foul recipe, now i am stuck without a way to craft normal invoker of varshan.

same , I can craft only 4 Malignant and don’t know what to do about this problem

i’ve found a workaround. you just need to replay the quest with a new character, it will unlock the crafting for normal invoker of varshan for all seasonal characters. remember to check final quest rewards (caches), do not accidentally sell the recipe.

i got crash when openning the cache so i lost the recipe and can’t craft it anymore, and i don’t want to make a new character to resolv the problem, please blizzard send the recipe to players who have lost it by any way to not be stuck after finishing the campaign thanks

I got the recipe and when i opened the reward bag, I accidentally tped into my portal and when i returned it was gone… ridiculous.

My clan mate and I are experiencing the same bug. The fix where you create a new character, or drop down to tier one worked for me, but it did not work for him. He’s thinking of quitting the game and I don’t blame him

Yah I have posted this numerous times. We are sent here to these forums for an issue to get buried in other peoples tears of not liking the game. I’m sure there won’t be a fix until a week before the season is over.

Oh man, have the same issue. I finished the dungeon and crafted the item, but the campaign goals says I still need to defeat Varshan. I hope they fix this on Thursday.

Exact same issue here - So silly that completing the quest doesnt just unlock the recipe on the table - But no you gotta click a piece of paper that drops… An if by chance you miss it, or it bugs and doesnt spawn, youre just soft locked and cant acquire it ANY other way. PLLZZZZZ FIX I wanna fight the new boss dammit :[

yup, it should either unlock automatically or simply drop it as a quest item instead of normal item. It should be consistent with the behavior of other quest items in the game as they are stored in the quest item inventory tab instead of normal inventory tab.

Same here. Unable to get better caged hearts at World Tier 3 even with the “foul invoker of varshan” recipe. Frustrating. Hope they fix this soon and not make us create a new character just to clear the seasonal quest to get the recipe.

Same issue here. No recipe dropped for Invoker of Varshan
