I have never encountered ANY memory booster software that actually does any boosting. Like ever. And I have tried a few over the years.
Seriously, consider using this post and its instructions, see if this helps you:
-Diablo IV has run out of memory - #103 by DTMAce-1687
And dump that memory boosting software down the memory hole. 
This is why I tend to think its more in-line with a network/internet connection issue.
I’m about ready to start a new thread on that subject I think… Ugh.
