Hello,
1 day ago I played World of Warcraft and 40 minutes ago play call of duty and exit the game. Then I wanted to enter Diablo 4. The game is installed and the additional package is pre-downloaded. I clicked play and a gray screen appeared and an error appeared and told me to scan and repair. I clicked that. It gave an error after 10 seconds. I didn’t understand and looked at the disk. The space it occupied on the disk was seen as 5 GB. Then there are Call of Duty and World of Warcraft in the same disk. The games are WD Blue 2 TB sn580 disk and there is 1 TB free space. I use it as a backup disk. It is not a system disk. But Call of Duty also appeared as 5 GB. My disk is visible in the device manager, but when I wanted to scan for errors by clicking on the disk properties, I got a device not found error.
I turned off and on the PC completely. It works fine, 135 GB Call of Duty is visible. Diablo is also normal. When I say play again, the same loop occurs and tells me to scan and repair. When I do that, it gives an error and the disk is not found again.
I turned the pc off and on again, first I played call of duty, then world of warcraft, I opened the disk’s program and it showed 100% health without any problems. Then when I entered diablo 4 again, the disk crashed again.
I turned it off and on again, this time I immediately deleted d4 completely and now I’m reinstalling it from the beginning.
Before this, only yesterday the battle net update had come. The pc was cleanly installed with windows 11 installed. And nothing like this had ever happened.
How could this happen? If my disk crashed, I wouldn’t be able to convince anyone. It’s a very strange and annoying situation.
