After two patches with fixes, today is day 33 that Blizzard knows about a critical bug with wizard focus and does nothing about it.
What’s the bug? I don’t know about it.

Perhaps the item itself is bugged, and you need to get rid of it.
Is this every focus or just this specific focus ?
I play as a wizard, and maybe I encountered such an issue once,
so it’s more likely specific to certain items or a few from that group.
