Its only accurate in regard to the amount of players who actually give their opinion. The same goes for this forum.
I think you’re missing the point.
Google analytics is far more accurate than your Bnet friends or discord list. There is a reason they are paid hundreds of billions per year in ad revenue.
And I don’t enjoy this game anymore. I’m advocating for change. But thanks for your permission to enjoy it.

I want high gold costs and the barricades, if they don’t have a meaning then give it to them, not everything has to be “served” on a silver platter in this game
About the second point i.e. “paragon post paragon on 100” as if the 100s out there don’t one shot enough things… No, stop making the game into a D3, what needs to happen is quite the opposite, remove renown in WT1/2 and reset map for WT3 while also adding some substance/new-quality-difficulty to it
Think that will make it a much better experience and fresh start when beating the “regular” game whilst also not totally distorting the initial progress of the game
Pretty sure it may be one of the reasons why we are where we are in the place…

The game is boring as all hell…
Fairly large list of friends, all avid gamers and I am lucky to see 1 or 2 playing anytime and any day of the week I bother to log in anymore.
Further all are totally let down with the season notes and many who had been hanging around for S1 have thrown in the towel totally.
If I am seeing this with my friends list I can assure you Blizzard is seeing this.
Closed beta was 1000 times better.
Solid foundation, horrid execution. Why the hell am I playing an online game with lag outs etc but with no chat?

If this was some no name game with no expectations. Id of given it a 7.But as a diablo it gets a 2.
Metacritic user scores are bs, as always. Bots and brigades of people who haven’t played the game and are only looking to hate on the next thing. Add to that the angry internet hordes that have played it and wanted it to be like whatever non-Diablo game they’ve played before.
And your original post just reinforces this.
20 stash tabs? This isn’t PoE. +1 paragon point for every helltide, legion event, world boss completed? Coupled with world bosses every hour? Reduced exp reqs for 50-100? Failure to understand how RAM works?
That people agree with you demonstrates how inane some internet users can be. You could say the earth is flat and get people to agree with it if you also criticized the game.
If you need 20 stash tabs this early…do you put everything you find into your stash?
Lol. I wouldn’t care about the rating someone gave a Zelda game if they rated it 1/10 wanting it to be a tennis game. I don’t care what someone like you rated the game, so I don’t care about user scores. But I will give you props for at least having more words in your post than 99% of the user reviews in metacritic.

3 hours? Most people its going to take them 3 months. The main problem I think is the game is sooooo boring that it’s really hard to keep doing the same thing over and over. I never understood how the Mythic raiders in Legion seriously ground out Maw of Souls I think they said it took over 350 times to get your weapon ground out.
What is wrong you people that think fun has to come from misery? You guys need to see a therapist or something. Leveling should be fun, but leveling in Diablo 4 is less fun than cutting the grass or washing dishes.

My goodness how many times do you have to hear the exact same thing for it to be boring to you? How many times do you have to sit there and listen to the exact same fake accent from the NPC… Fair Trade? This game is built on mind-numbing repeatable task.

The peoples that want everything are always the peoples that quit once we give them everything. I only think that Aspect should have a near infinit inventory space in our character. I really love the monster scaling thing, I can lvl up in the open world easily, if you can’t defeat them easily you should change something… I’ve created a non meta blood necro and I’m world IV at lvl 60… the mobs are at level 73. Go play diablo III if you want an easy life with the brain disconnected, there is no point in theory craft if we can crush everything with an auto attack… Developer should think what the childrens are crying for and what they really want and need. Those with a silver spoon in their mouth are the worst

User Metacritic score is useless. It’s just a bunch of disgruntled players banding together to trash the score.

Metacritic is the equivalent of those people who review recipes, give it 1 star and write in the comments how they didn’t have 50 of the ingredients so they substituted them all.
Why would I care what the majority of the world thinks about something when a lot of them are idiots and none of them are me?
100% in 10+ years no ones going be asking for a d3 remaster.
A score of 5/10 seems a bit high for this game in hindsight. A game without an end game is uninstall material. If they beef up the end game I’d put it at 5/10 because of the frustration we all went through. If they make it great like Diablo 2 AND delete the exploited items then I can forgive the rough start and reinstall. Seems like they have a lot of work to do.
If you take out just give of things in this list its not bad. I like to earn things not have them given to me.
And bag space will be improved but they will sell extra space like Last epoch and POE. If they dont yay but I expect it
