Since Season 15 began, I’ve been dealing with lag spikes and server disconnections. It’s not just me, several members in our facebook groups are having the same issue.
- Teleport to Town, game freezes.
- Entering next dungeon area, game freezes.
- In the middle of the boss fight, the game kicked me out.
- Entering helltides, massive 3000+msec lag spike hit.
I had to relaunch the game everytime this happens.
And BTW, your “solutions” are outdated.
PC Connection and Latency Issues
Clicking on it directs me to the customer support page. And guess what, it tells me to return to this forum. WTH?
Were the tech support staff got laid off?
