1 crash for me, was annoying but meh. The stutters are unreal though.

I was fine before, if you dont mind rubberbanding and such, but after the latest patch I started crashing my game. Great hotfix! 
I’ve had this issue since the expansion launched. D4 is the only game installed that does this. How has blizzard not even addressed this issue? I’ve lost countless boss mats and otherwise to crashes. I’m getting to the point where I don’t even want to play. Content creators are even talking about the constant crashing. Super disappointed.

Ran out of memory crash error for me. Happened twice within an hour. I have a beefy PC. 4090
32 GB RAM
AMD Ryzen 9 7950X 16 Core
Never had any issues before the expansion.

If the constant DCs weren’t bad enough, the game is completely unoptimized. It stutters all the time compared to pre VoH which ran just ran. For some reason or another, it’s using way more resources (i’m not sure there’s a word for it), but net-wise. Servers are probably just at capacity and unstable.
I suspect a lot of this will clear up in about a month when PoE 2 Beta launches.

The patches haven’t fixed the CTDs for me. I’m also running on an RTX 4090.
About the only thing I can do (if I remember) is to exit the game every 2 hours before it CTDs. 2 hours seems to be my safe zone. So, play for 2, leave and come back for 2 more later, leave, etc. If I get into it and forget to leave after 2 hours, I am pretty much guaranteed a CTD when I am not expecting it.
Other than the CTDs, I’m not running into any performance issues (stuttering, rubber-banding, etc).

crashing to desktop after a while also. on a rtx 4090. game just freezing then crash to desktop no crash report to file…

Going on 4 days with these crashes. This needs to be addressed! I am tired of running The Pit or Undercity and lose progress, mats and potential drops and well as progress. I have about 45 hours of play through with a SB 60 (159) must have crashed near 20 times. Never had this issue before the DLC nor any other game.

Still crashing nonstop every 1-5 mins since expansion release. Different errors every time.

The game has been presenting performance problems, no matter the graphics level or the internet used, it simply presents too much lag. Sometimes it freezes and only recognizes enemy attacks. I tried changing settings, internet, changing the fsr. Nothing solves it, the same thing was happening in season 5, but it was fixed in the mid-seasons patch. When will they fix it now?

Ive had constant game crashing and alot of lag just get a pop up so often that game is not responding
lol wish i had that safe zone. Mine is anything from 0 to 20 mins

This is nuts. I have had no problems running the game until the expansion. It hangs on launch at “Downloading Data…” every other time I launch it. No clue why it’s every other time, but it is.
And I’ve gotten hesitant to start any dungeons or strongholds. I’ve had a crash to desktop while fighting the final boss about 20 times since the expansion launched, and I’m getting really tired of having to redo the whole freaking thing over.
Someone mentioned lag too… Yeah… Like riding my horse across the landscape and everything freezes for a few seconds, then stutters 3 or 4 times before catching up. I’ve been knocked off my horse several times, and gotten killed by elites at least twice because of it.

Same. There is a 50/50 chance my game will crash when interacting with any blacksmith.

5 or 6 times today. Almost always just after returning to town for me and starting to interact with a vendor.
