How long is Blizzard planning to take to fix this quest issue? And are they even planning to fix it at all?

It’s been an issue for the last two years and it doesn’t involve MTX, so probably never :p. Huge PITA though, if you want to 100% an area. Every time I come back to this game, I remember why I stopped.
Looks like it’s a no, possibly because this thread is marked “Solved” when it’s clearly not? There are complaints from every day this past week on this thread but I’m not hearing of any traction, and one guy said a “game master” straight up told him they were unaware this was even a problem.
