Cannot access World Tier 4 after completing Fallen Temple

Completed Fallen Temple capstone dungeon and World Tier 4 remains locked.

Lvl 50 Required for World 3 and 70 for World 4. This is not on patch note!

If you create a new character after this release, you will find that the lvl requirement for going to world 3 and 4. They don’t even mention this in release note! And they are trying soooooo hard to stop you from leveling up
