I’m having the same problem you all mentioned above, always from 18:00 to 22:30 (GMT-6) I did the WinMTR test and have packet loss on the first hop and second hop, during the before range of time, but after it I start run it smoothly and still having the same packet loss detected before, but playing ok after 22:30, the test went same so, it means it is something on the Diablo Servers…

Seems to me like something is getting lost along the way big time.
The servers are not live streaming graphic assets, they are already loaded on the client. Latency (which I also am suffering from) is not the game as laggy performance that can be caused by issues on the users local PC.
