If you find the difficulty your playing on to difficult for you then lower your difficulty. You are 100% in control how the challenge you have in respect to your gear/build and skill.
But Normal is easy mode ??? Or do you mean that t4 now is more unforgiven. Please tell where you want this easy mode to exists ? Not say you issues are not real but there must be more to it as any build works fine in normal. even with just blue items.
